The Best Paper Award
This award will be given for the most outstanding paper in the conference.
Evaluation Criteria:
1. *Originality and Novelty*: The paper should present new and innovative ideas, concepts, methodologies, or approaches that significantly contribute to the field's knowledge base.
2. *Contribution to the Field*: The paper's contribution should be substantial and impactful, advancing the state of haptics and virtual reality, addressing important challenges, or opening up new research directions.
3. *Relevance*: The paper should be relevant to the conference, journal, or organization's focus and goals. It should address timely and important issues within the field.
4. *Technical Soundness*: The paper's methodology, experiments, and theoretical foundations should be rigorously designed and properly validated. The research should be well-executed and demonstrate a deep understanding of the subject matter.
5. *Clarity and Organization*: The paper should be well-written, effectively communicating its ideas, methods, results, and conclusions. The organization of content, clarity of explanations, and logical flow are important.
6. *Impactful Results*: The paper should present significant and meaningful results, preferably supported by empirical evidence, experiments, simulations, or data analysis.
7. *Citations and References*: The paper's bibliography should reflect a good understanding of the relevant literature, and it should appropriately reference prior work that influences the current research.
